By now you should have all met Dr Lydia Tan (or know she’s here!) who has joined us from Victoria, finally reuniting with her partner Dr Kit. Dr Lydia arrived while Tracey was unwell and away from work which was impeccable timing, especially for those patients who needed emergency care.

For the past couple of months Dr Lydia has been familiarising herself with the workings of the clinic and meeting many current patients as well as starting to see new patients. Dr Lydia is also working in another Gonstead practice part-time which keeps her busy.

Tracey has started her leave, heading off to the Eyre Peninsula in late February to meet up with her partner somewhere on the west coast as he sails from Ceduna back towards Port Lincoln. They plan on sailing to some of the islands offshore with friends before farewelling the catamaran and exploring the beautiful coastline and maybe the Gammon Ranges. When they come back to Adelaide they may visit Steve’s family in Brisbane before returning home for Tracey’s parent’s arrival from Sydney. Before we know it she’ll be refreshed and back at work with stories of adventure and happy reunions.

MarionCC will be open while Tracey is away with Dr Kit and Dr Lydia consulting most hours. We will be closed on Thurs afternoons but open Friday morning and afternoon as usual.
